Perennial Vacation Club is unique within the vacation ownership/timeshare industry. Over the past 24 years, the Club’s membership has grown to nearly 10,000 members residing in 50 states and 25 countries. These member-owners elect a Board of Directors, from the membership, who appoints a President (also a member) to oversee the day-to-day operations. All maintenance fees go directly to the organization to cover operating costs, renovations and capital improvements. There are no investors, shareholders, or developers and debt is kept to a minimum. Another unique aspect of our Club is that ownership is a non-specific week/location. In other words: travel where you want, when you want. We currently own 5 resort locations and are affiliated with approximately 5,000 others. The Board of Directors is committed to continued growth and the acquisition of new resort destinations.
